Booking Policy
Your appointment is very important to us!
- Please be prompt. We honor a fifteen-minute grace period for all appointments and will always try our best to accommodate all schedules. Your appointment is subject to cancellation should you arrive later than fifteen minutes without notifying us.
- Please be advised: we DO NOT offer refunds. Should you be unhappy with your service for any reason, we will gladly get you back in for a complimentary re-do within one week of your original appointment. We want all of our clients to leave loving their hair.
